The Lake Elizabeth Manor Improvement Association, Inc (LEMIA) is home to 300+ property owners in Lake Elizabeth Manor Subdivision. Members share ownership of our 2 private harbor properties and easy access to Sunset public beach. Association dues pay for the taxes, insurance, attorney fees, accounting fees, and landscaping needed to keep our harbors in excellent condition. Members also have an opportunity for year-round enjoyment of the lake plus an ability to use the boat launch, parking areas & rent a pier as they become available should a member choose to do so. Our 7 board members volunteer their time to keep our subdivision in good condition, hold monthly board meetings and an annual property owners’ meeting, and supply information to our members throughout the year.
